A good service we'll done

I was very pleased with the service I received , I did not feel under pressure. The man who I think was Darren (sorry if this is the wrong name) who I spoke to on my drive was very pleasant. The lady who phoned with the quote was just as pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to any of my friends.

Identified the problem and advised on the best way to remedy the problem. Also helped to move and replace heavy furniture.

Your engineer Kane who called today was knowledgeable friendly and very helpful with his advice. His time keeping was good, and very respectful of our property.

Phoned the company to set up the new tv I purchased. The person on the phone was polite and helpful. The tv engineer came the next day he was on time. He polite helpful explained how the tv operated took away the old tv as well with the packaging. So a good job done.

Even though arrived later than time slot.The man explained and went through our options. Cleaned up after work and was very friendly. Very happy with work.

Fantastic service

Really efficient service. I contacted on telephone and engineer was booked for next day, calling with an hours notice. At 10.00am got the call and engineer arrived in the hour. He was really pleasant and efficiently worked out what the problem was with a signal not going through a Sky box/distributor. The office then called to confirm price, work was done on the spot - and checked all working on the TV - with a new distributor and then payment made to engineer. Could not recommend more highly

Engineer Steve was brilliant.we thought it was aerial he checked on meter for strength of signal and said it was strong.He found it was the old sky box causing problem.Rang them and office gave us a price which was ok so Steve fixed it super now.Steve even put covers on his shoes.First class service throughout.
